Not all my video effects seem to work. For instance black and white wont work, blud doesn't work either and so do many others on the list, I've tried to reinstall a few times now and it wont work. Need help, thank you.

The issues you are experiencing may be related to you video card/chip. What do you have? Have you updated the drivers for it. Also please post your computer specs; you might consider putting them in your signature so that they will always be added to your posts.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
