Has anyone ever received good support from the Roxy e-mail Support? It has been weeks now that I have been in e-mail contact with them (problems with burning DVDs). But all the answers I receive are very generic (looks like copy and paste from a manual) and never ever anyone of the support consultants has answered a single question!
