Won't burn...says that there is no disc in the drive.

However, when I go to another program to burn my cd...I don't have a problem.

I am using Roxio 9 on a HP pavilion.  

Any help would be great since Roxio doesn't seem to have live support and when you call their sales line, you only wait a couple of hours for service.

If you did call their sales line, try one of their EMC 9 support options instead.

Does the software correctly identify the drive? If so, have you checked for a firmware update for your burner yet?

You could also try this PXEngine update. It may help:
