How come my EMC10 - Back on Track saves my backups index as .rbc yet restore will not recognize them and only recognizes .rfi. I tried renaming extension and it simply gives a message saying incorrect format. I redid a sample test using a new backup and it will only let me name the project as .rbc.
How do I get Back on Track back on track!
