when i insert a dvd to burn, it accepts it and burns to temp location, when it asks me to insert a blank disc, i insert a dvdrw and it won't accept it, not recognizing the disc. i have tried a dvd-rw and dvd+r from two different stores and two different companies. i have downloaded px engine 3.0 and there are no firmware updates for tsst dvd+/-rw TSH653A SLSI CD Rom device, i believe i read you cannot copy from cd-r to dvdrw, but the dvd i am trying to burn is unprotected. i am frustrated.

You failed to mention which specific program of the 35 in the Suite you are using…
It would also help to know the detailed steps you take to get to the error message.
