Must there be a "TV safe zone" put on all DVD projects? Can you turn off that cropping?

TV Safe Zone is not an option that can be toggled on or off. It only shows aproximately what will be shown when the video is shown on a TV. A TV will show only about 85% of the fill image because of "Overscan". Do a search on this forum for Overscan and you can read more about. A google search will also give you lots of information
