Hi All
Just installed buzz on my sony vaio laptop. When I try and open up the application, it comes up with a windows error box "Roxio Buzz has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Has anyone else had this problem please, or can anyone suggest a possible solution.

It sounds like .NET 3.0 is not installed. The installer checks for it but maybe there is something with your system where it appears to be installed but it isn't.
