When using the Plug and Burn of Roxio 9 Deluxe I get the following error at the end:
'An unrecoverable device error occured. Error while Finalizing Disc'
I have successfully burned discs using other more complex parts of the software with no problems.
I thought this would be simple. I chose no menus and to add chapters at break points and to record for a set time of 54:25 which didn't exceed the DVD.
Any help appreciated have wasted 3 hours and 3 DVDs so far trying to copy simple tape from video camera.

Why don't you simply capture your video to your hard drive first and then burn it to DVD. The results I've gotten from Plug&Burn were poor at best.

I normally do that I just thought this would be a quick way of archiving some old tapes. Since I have never had any other problems burning to DVD I didn't expect this to be such a problem.
