When I have the tv safe zone on I noticed that a portion of my picture is in the yellow zone. Is that the portion that will not show when displayed on the TV? On some of my photos the heads of the subject are in that yellow zone. Is there a way of fixing that?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, what's in the yellow area is what will typically not show on a standard CRT TV. A flat panel (LCD/Plasma) TV will usually show most everything on the screen. The solution is to resize your pictures to have a "box" around them which makes the image portion fit inside the TV Safe Zone. There's a free utility in this thread that will help do just that.
Hope that helps!
