You might want to give a little more information as to what you are trying to do. Where are you trying to import the audio file from ? What file type audio is it you are trying to import (i.e. wav, MP3, cda etc.) ? what Roxio program are you using ? What type of audio file do you want to end up with ? anything else about your computer hardware will also be valuable in helping you.
