blue screen on roxio 9

when trying to edit text on my preview screen videowave roxio 9 i get a blue screen and cannot see any text entered
when creating a production

Unfortunately there is not enough information to make a real suggestion. First, you are smart using VideoWave to do your project rather than one of the Slide Show Assistants. smile.gif

I assume that you have checked for updates for your video card - what is it? Try going to the top menu and select tools, options and put the dot near software. Does that help?

Did you add the text on a blue background and select any motion? If so, go forward/backward until you see the text. Perhaps this demo video will help. Look at the one about adding text.

If neither of the above work for you, post back with more details.

Also check that you are not (accidentally) typing blue colour font on blue background- that makes for very invisible ink.

thank you for your suggestions however i have found that when i click twice on show hide (not double click )
i see my selected colour (green ) with black text and i am able to edit text as normal

thank you for your reply i am using black font on a green backgrund.however i have found that if i click twice (not double click ) the show hide tv safe zone after getting the blue screen the first click gives me a black screen and the second click takes me back to green and then i can edit the text not perfect but it works
