Can someone help??? When I try and downlaod my video in My DVD the error message'failed to create album' comes up. No message appears in the 'details' bit either, therefore I can't download any new video!!

Can someone help??? When I try and downlaod my video in My DVD the error message'failed to create album' comes up. No message appears in the 'details' bit either, therefore I can't download any new video!!

Sorry I'ts me being a computer numpty. I tried to import a video from my JVC video camera which has worked in the past but now comes up with the message failed to create album.
