It is a highly compressed file. In MyDVD, in the lower right portion of the screen, select High Quality (HQ), then go to the burn screen, uncheck the burn to DVD, and select burn image file. Pick a folder to save it to, give the .iso a name, and click burn. It will take a long time to encode, but after it is done, save the project, close MyDVD, and open Video Copy and Convert.

In the drop down box for Source, select browse for disc image, browse for the .iso file you just made, and bring it in. Make sure that in the Destination your burner is selected. Once it is, click on the Copy Now button.
