Computer is a Dell Inspiron 1520 downgraded to Windows XP Pro from Vista. Correct drivers are installed for the tsstcorp dvd+RW ts-l632d drive and Windows itself sees the drive and is able to function with it.  angry.gif Roxio Creater Premier 9 does not see the drive, all we get is no drive selected and no option to select it.

The patch in this sticky note should be able to help you.
