Please Help Did backup and restored but now folder is not accessable

I used backup my pc to do a backup of my documents folder and I had to reinstall my os but now that's all done I went to restore my documents and it says the restore went fine but when I click on the folder to get to my stuff is says its not accessable. Please Help
