I have had Easy Media 9 for about a year, but as I am doing some more things with the program I am starting to run into problems with it.

1.  When I select music disc creator it always hangs on the screen "loading component."

2.  If I select create Jukebox when I go to select folders and files it only allows me to select files from 1 folder; any attempt to make the dropdown expand and show more folders causes the program to hang.

3.  I have recorded all my files on my hard drive as .wav files and I am now trying to convert them to .mp3 to get them over to a portable player.  The only way I can accomplish this, because of the above problems, is to use the audio editor and when I use that, it does work, but the titles that I had typed into the .wav files are getting messed up.  About 50% of the time the files go across as I originally typed them in (except the letters are all compressed together).  The other 50% of the songs I am converting go back to their native track 1, track 6, track 3, etc.

I have removed and reloaded the program at least once and it makes no difference at all in the performance of the above tasks.  Any suggestions?

I have found some other small anomalies with the program, but they are not show stoppers like the above are.

I have run a full system virus scan and found no problems.

Thanks, James.  This fixed the modules in Creator, but I still have the problem with file names.

Any suggestions?

Good to hear!

Sorry, I don't do music so someone else will have to jump on that one…
