I just had my system crash following startup and Windows tells me it was caused by DRVMCDB.SYS from Sonic.

Unfortunately this is a known issue that requires a new installer. I have sent you a private message with a new download.

Sorry for the inconvenience, no one likes blue screens.

Please send me the new installer. I have sent Kevin a PM as well.

Everyone who has sent me a PM will get a response today with the fix.

For people who are reading this seeking a resolution, please contact Technical Support. I am leaving Sonic and will no longer be responding to posts on the forum or to private messages so don't bother.

Good luck

Oh, sh*t! Does that mean I have to pay $1.89 per minute (US) to call to get this fix. I'm thinking of just removing the program and being done with it.

You can also submit a webticket. It's not like you were able to call Kevin anyway. What's the difference between submit a webticket and send a PM to Kevin?

Re-read post #2, try the suggested fix in post #4, and if that does not work contact Tech Support.

I have the same problem and plan to use the software a lot. The fix in post 4 does not work, at least for me. I'm still waiting for a respnse from Tech support.
