I installed Toast 8.0.1 from CD last night. I transferred a show from the TiVo box, "Toasted It", clicked Export, saved it as "for iPod/Apple TV/iPhone (Smallest)" to take advantage of the H.264/AVC format and I'm disappointed in what appears to be a glitch in the conversion process.

There is a thin line of garbled pixilation across the top of the converted show.  I played the converted show in both iTunes and on the iPhone and it is there (quite distracting when watching a show).

I played the originally transferred show in Toast and the pixilation is not present which leads me to believe this is a problem with the conversion process.

I tested this with two different recorded programs.

Has anyone else run across this?  Is there a solution for this?
