Crunch not transferring after moving library to external drive

I have successfully moved movies to itunes in the past. But since I put my itunes library on my external hard drive instead of my laptops hard drive, it does not transfer anymore.

I do not get any errors, and it says it is transferring, but it does not show any progress on the progress bar. I have tried looking in the setup, but it does not ask where the library is located.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this will help. But when I moved my iTunes Library I created an alias of the iTunes folder in my Music folder so various applications can be routed to where I moved the library.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
