Hi, when I go to the "Open Disc" option, the software just sits there dispalying a progress bar that after a few seconds dispalys a generic error message that it needs to close the application. It is MyDVD LEversion 6.1.4.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

[size=4]Sorry I cannot offer a solution as I am getting exactly the same problem - Also, although I have registered the program the blue light on the camcorder will not light up to enable me to copy direct to the computer.

I hope someone can help, too - a maybe recommend a way of getting images which does not rely on the Roxio product! sad.gif

Since the "LE" Version is the one provided by the seller of the hardware it came with (computer, burner, or camcorder), you need to contact the manufacturer.  "LE" indicates it is the OEM [Original Equipment Manufacturer] Version, and when the OEM contracts to distribute it with their hardware, they also accept the responsibiity of supporting it.

And if there is a problem with the camcorder, Siu, you need to contact the camcorder manufacturer.

Does that apply when it simply continues to lock up at the transforming video stage? They are legally obligated to support the software?
