I purchased Toast 8 and Popcorn 3 yesterday. Successfully used Tivotogo to transfer 4 programs overnight. All 4 play fine in the toast viewer. I am unable to export 3 of them to iPod code. 1 program encoded without any problem, the other 3 get stuck at 0%. All files are of the same size and in the same location. Know anyplace I can go for help if none is available here?

Roxio is supposedly working with Tivo to fix the problem that started with a tivo update.  In the meantime I've found some free software that does the trick:
tivo decode manager

Thanks for letting me know. I tried using that TivoDecode program as well but I can't seem to get it to work. My Tivo information displays but it will not download the programs. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I'm in the same boat too since yesterday. They should also have a look at their general preferences within Tivo Transfer. You can't seem to be able to accurately setup and hold a new Tivo Recordings Location.

I have the same issue as well - I can see programs and view them on my Mac (I have a series 3) but as soon as I try to export to iPod format, Toast crashes.  Roxio recommended I unstall and reinstall Toast, but that made no difference.
