Does Easy Media Creator 10 Suite totally replace Easy Media Creator 9 Deluxe Suite? sad.gif

Yes and no

Some apps get upgraded, others stay so you can have EMC 10 with older apps from EMC9

EMC 10 does not include some third party addins that were included in EMC 9 de luxe, such as Soundsoap, DVDInfo pro.
You can keep those from EMC 9 de luxe and, for example, EMC 10 will then recognise that DVDinfo Pro is available and access it (though not in the same way as in 9 de luxe).
