mad.gif THIS IS UNBELIABEBLE! I BOUGHT ROXIO MEDIA CREATOR 9 SUITE FOR $107.00, MONEY FOR WHICH I WORKED HARD, AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT YET. IF IT IS NOT ONE ERROR, IT IS ANOTHER. THIS IS THE LAST ONE. CAN YOU HELP ME, PLEASE? WHEN I LUNCH THE APLICATION FROM HOME, THIS IS THE MESSAGE.

WINDOWS INSTALLERS, PREPEARING TO INSTALL {this message stays in the background while the program runs]message appears only when application is lunched from the home central icon shortcut

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click ok to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package “Napster Burn Engine.msi. in the box below.

I have tried everything, including system restore, system recovery and searched the internet only to find out that many other people have the same problem. It is not fair! I work hard for my money and I deserve to get a good product. Can anybody help me, please?
Thank you.

Gateway media center computer, 200 GB storage capacity, dual core Pentium 4 processor 3.00 and 1.5 of memory windows xp professional. i also dowloaded napster to solve the problem but it still sucks. help me please. thank you.

This is going to sound strange but if you go to napster.com and download napster and install it, then try again, there's a good chance it will work. You can uninstall Napster when you're up and running. This worked often in v7 & 8 but did also work in v9 as discussed in this thread.
