My purchased copy of MyDVD Slideshow (v.5.2), when used in conjunction with Kodak EasyShare software,
fails to display a DVD burning option, only VCD burning.

Yet, when MyDVD Slideshow is used without the EasyShare program, the DVD burning option is available!

How do I get the DVD burning option to activate in Slideshow, when used with EasyShare?

My OS is W2K

Any feedback is appreciated!!!

Roxio has said before that purchased copies of MyDVD Slideshow are supposed to give
the option to burn both DVD and VCD. However, those options didn't show up in my
purchased copy.

I informed Roxio of this, and they subsequently informed me they no longer offer support
for this application.

Very convenient for them; and a very royal gyp for customers.

Roxio is BOGUS.

As indicated before, it is possible Kodak EasyShare software is the limitation. It may not support video at a level beyond VCD. Or you may need to convert it thru whatever software came with the camera - probably Quicktime - to a format that can be handled by the burning software.

Have you disscussed with Kodak which formats are supported?
