Stop Auto-loading of program

This program came with my NEW Laptop, how do i stop it from loading when i boot the laptop. "besides uninstalling it"

Exactly what is it loading? Check startup in msconfig and uncheck anything Roxio and reboot and see it that stops whatever it is from loading.
