I was at my friend's house trying to add narration to his DVD project, but we couldn't find the narration button.
I believe he has EMC 9 (or 8?) Basic.
In MyDVD 9, going to edit the movie and being in production mode, the narration button isn't in the toolbar.
I'm guessing this is a limited version because it came bundled with the computer.
My question is.. what software has this narration feature?
and if you have Videowave installed, does editing a movie in MyDVD open that Videowave or the limited version?
The EMC page doesn't list which software is included and each software page doesn't have enough detail about this, so I hope someone can help.
Thanks
narration button?

In EMC 9 editing a movie in MyDVD does opens the Videowave module, but you might prefer to edit the movie/create slideshows in Videowave, then use the send to MyDVD to add mewnus, etc.
In Videowave, to add narration, right click the video or picture you want to add the narration to, click add narration (or select the item, then Movie menu, add narration). A window opens allowing you to record narration. If adding to a picture, make sure the duration of the picture is long enough to encompass the narration. The narration is added to the Narration track (click show internal tracks to see it).
Note that there are cut down OEM versions of EMC (Dell, HP and possibly others) and I don't know whether they have the add narration option.
As an alternative, you could record the narration separately as an audio file, then add that as an internal audio track (select the item, movie menu, add Audio).
