SonicCinePlayer will not install I downloaded Cine Player but .exe file will not install.

The error message is that i do not have "Privilages" required for all uners of the machine to complete installation. Login as Administrator and try again" I have full rights on my machine however?

If you go to Control Panel->Users Account, does it show your user name as Administrator?
