Button to start DVD

I have created a DVD, using MyDVD version 9, without a menu and when it is played it starts immediately. What I was looking for was to add a start button at the beginning of the DVD so that the DVD is only started when this button is selected. Could someone tell me how I do this as I have not been able to find how this can be done.

Basically - you need the menu for that
