DVDit Pro HD Won't Launch The application failed to inialize properly (0x0000005) error

When I launch DVDit Pro HD, the application won't launch and it comes up with the following error message.


Roxio DVDit Pro HD.exe - Application error
Followed by a big red X and the error message.

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."

When I click on OK, the application terminates.

I attempted reinstalling the program after removing all other Roxio Applications.
Roxio Tech support suggested disabling the startup and to do repair install and both did not help.

I am just not able to use this product.

I using windows xp home sp2 have a Radeon ATI 9200 series video card which has the latest driver.
I have 1GB of ram and ample hard drive space.

Please help resolve this problem
