Runtime Error

When I open my file to burn a DVD a window opens up that says:

Runtime Error
ProgramC;\Program Filles\
Roxio\vidoe9
videowave9.exe

Then another window opens:
R6025
Pure Virtual Function call

I have tried to contact support but with no luck.  The voice mail says to look on your website for the hours your are there....can't find the hours anywhere.

PLEASE HELP ME....I  AM FRUSTRATED MORE THAT EVER!

That error has been seen in the new V10 as well as your version of V9. I don't know if it will help but you might want to try this. . If this doesn't work, search the forums because it does happen with some frequency. The error in V10 may have a different solution and a different cause.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
