I have a vido that is on an external hard drive that I want to edit and add pictures to, to create a memory for my aunt and uncle for the wedding anniversary. The system only gives me 2 ways to use the system either with a video camera or a digital camera. How do I get it to use the media that is already on my external hard drive?

Since you already have it on the computer, you don't need Media Import. To edit, run Videowave and click on ADD Photo/VIDEO. You then navigate to the external hard drive and select the file. Click ADD

Do the same thing for still images.
