Tivo Transfers in Toast 8

In Active Transfers, selected programming from Tivo does not transfer. The status just reads "0 K of 1.8 KB - waiting". The Active Transfer bar on the left, the dotted wheel continues to animate, but nothing seems to transfer. See attached file for reference. I've tried: restarting, deleting auto transfers, individual transfers, but nothing seems to work. It did work at one point.

This is the answer from Roxio:
customer : Hi I have  an Intel Mac an d Tivo trying to make work
customer : I cant encode fpr IPOD
Michelle : One moment please
Michelle : TiVo Fall XXXXX Software Update for the TiVo unit has caused several issues to arise with the Roxio software. We are working with TiVo on a fix for the issue and will provide an update on our website as soon as we can
customer : when did this happen?
Michelle : The issues were confirmed last week
customer : and you continue to sell the software and arent letting people know?
Michelle : We are working with TiVo on a fix for the issue and will provide an update on our website as soon as we can
customer : what is the expected delivery to the website?
customer : How can I return my non working software
Michelle : The Refund Policy is as follows:

* We only refund purchases made directly through Roxio or Sonic and within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

* To request a refund please call Digital River 1-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

* We do not process refunds outside of the refund policy.

* Purchases made at another vendor have to follow that vendors refund policy as we can not refund their products.
customer : and the expected fix date?
Michelle : I can not give you an exact date we will post it as soon as possible
Michelle : Thank you for choosing Roxio. Have a great day!

Hi Michelle,

Thanks so much for your experience. Are you also trying to transfer programming from tivo to your mac and you are unable to? Are we having the same problem?

Has anyone had this trouble? And has any success with solutions? I'm very frustrated! angry.gif
