I haven't done a slide show for a while and am doing one again now. If I remember correctly I was able to put transitions between each photo. There was a way that you could select (all 256 random) themes but #$^@ if I can remember how to do it?? There is appx. 450 photo's in my production.

Please help!

Are you sure you posted in the right spot?  This is for V10 which is brand new.

In Video Wave,  right click on  an image or transition block and select add transition theme, scroll down to the one you want or to random or pot luck.  It is the same in V9.  I don't remember but it is probably the same in V8.

Also, note that the Random or Pot Luck transition styles are only available if your render mode is set to Hardware (this choice is found on Tools->Options).

Ooops. I have EMC V9, sorry.......

I changed my rendering to software a while back to correct some problems. I saw Malatekid's post to make sure rendering was set to hardware which I just changed and can now select "pot luck".

THANKS!!!!! This forum is a lifesaver. .
