hi
i need to uninstall the roxio udf reader from my xp computer by dell.i went to the registry and deleated
everything roxio.nothing roxio is in my add and remove list.its causing my computer to crash(i get that
blue screen )and it says this roxio thing it the problem.the tecks here at the chat can only give suggestions
but they really arent helping.can anyone help yours truly?thanks.

That's part of drag to disc. Did you uninstall that? It is a separate entry in Windows Add or remove programs.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I am guessing it is a throwback from a DirectCD disc and it is never listed in Add/Remove.
Search the PC for "udf" and see what comes up.
