photo suite emc8

when i try to use photo or video to download my pictures, a pop up comes up "roxio media capture has encountered a problem and must close". i can still download photos but the pop up remains. when i select close on the pop up the program closes. can you help???

Try a repair install of the program using Windows Control Panel, Add or remove programs. One of the options will be to repair. Have you disc ready or know where the information is located on your computer.

Update video drivers and DiectX 9c? What operating system?
