I created this collage of Vincent Van Gaugh paintings to Don Mclean's song Vincent and outputed it to mpeg-2. But when I tried to play it in another computer, there was no audio. I thought that MS Media Player 10 had the capability to play these type of files?

If it plays in the original computer and not in another, I'd suspect missing codecs on the second machine

Download and run gspot on the other machine and use that to check
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
