Fade Transition

Using VW9 I overlay'd a current photo of the kiddos over an older photo using  the MOTION feature with no problem. However, I would like to perform the fade much slower than the function performs. Is there a way to control the speed of the FADE OUT SLOW option - or - a better solution. As always, appreciate the knowledge this board provides.

PS I read the Transition post  just before mine not sure it is the same request. Thx!

I don't know of any way to change the speed of the overlay movement.  I'd just use the two photos on the main track and add the transition; that is adjustable up to a point.  It has to be less than the display time of an image and I think there is a max. also but it is probably longer than what most people would want.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
