I have been using Easy Audio Capture in MC9 and it worked great then all of a sudden Easy Audio Capture would only load to the task bar and never fully load so I could access it. If anyone has an idea I would sure appreciate the help

Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and bring up Task Manager.Go to the application tab and see if you see the application (after you try opening it).If you do try right clicking on it and hitting Maximize and then see if it comes on your screen.

Roxio sent me instructions on how to uninstall EMC 9 from registry and then reinstall it. now everything seems good. thanks for your help
