I am a new creator 10 user and made my first movie with a combo of stills, videos, music and filled with transitions and overlays.

I got very frustrated when burning my completed movie to be stopped by error messages:

"8007000e and 8004520c error while encoding movie".

After many frustrating retries and making a forum query I was finally able to successfully complete the burn.

This is what I did ... I increased the duration of most transitions and burned using an 8x disk instead of the 4x originally being used.

Just passing along my experience.

Yeah, I just edited a video the other day using My DVD and it keeps crashing after half an hour work and i am back to square 1. I am looking for the old utility of auto save after so and so time but i can't find it.
Do you know that you can import MOVIE MAKERS Count down and end titles to My DVD? Yes, it can be but first down load the package from microsoft movie maker site. Just add a little fun to your intro.

I had the same problem but was told to go to tools menu bar in myDVD10. Then go to options and change it from hardware to software. I had to repeat this process in videowave. I have not had any problems since....Hope this helps
