I've created a DVD to folder, but at the end of process (right after video rendering, because VOB files are OK) MyDVD just crashed (no error message) before creating BUP and IFO files. At another try the problem was identcal.
How can I re-create just these files?

Well, I couldn't find any way with EMC.
I used IFOEdit tool to re-create the files.
May be also helpful with movies starting not from the first chapter bug, if you prefer not to reset starting chapter in settings.
