CD-Key or ID/code

I have downloaded Decoder 3.2.1 but am having problems trying to enter the CD-Key to activate it so i can play a DVD,i have the
code on my order @ billing information but when i enter it ,not valid is the reply can anyone please help.Am i entering the correct ID code?

You might want to contact support to validate that code you entered.
I have tried all day to get Roxia to reply but to no avail,all the time customer support seem to be saying my ID/code is on the order andbilling invoice i have 3 numbers on it the customers number,the order number
and the CD-Key,i have tried them all seems to work.
