Very strange stuff. I tried to print out a slim CD case insert and it comes out squished and elongated. I have looked all over to try and find a way to fix it and e-mailed support, but am not having any luck.
This has never happened to me before.
I'm using Roxio 7
Anybody have any ideas?

Did you download - or let your computer auto-update - Internet Explorer 7 or WinPlayer 11 from Microsoft?

Both have been known to "break" EMC 7 / 7.5.

Aha!
Yes indeed. Both I believe.
Thanks Lynn. Good call.
What would be a reasonable solution to resolve this problem?

Roll them back - info on how to is here:

You might try rolling back IE7 first, and see if that does what you need.

Thanks for the help.
I checked and restored to just before my last update for IE 7 and it's working again!
Don't know if everything is working, but that problem is gone and I still have IE 7 and WMC 11 installed.
Interesting.
I got my fingers crossed
