I have installed, uninstalled, re-installed the RecordNow 9 software multiple times and everytime I start the program NO DRIVE DETECTED is displayed. The software is installed on a HP dv9420us computer with the Vista Home Premium OS. Much to my dismay, I have had numerous issues with Vista and the HP computer and don't know if either is worth the money I paid. Is there something I can do to enable the software to see the CD drives (I have two on the system, both are recognized by Windows Explorer.
