I installed Recordnow 9 recently and it worked fine for a few days but is not working.  When I use sound editor to play recorded sounds nothing happens.  I click play and nothing happens.  I will say that the files will play in windows media player and I no longer here the startup sounds when I turn my computer on. (someone from roxio mention this in a response to a message I sent them)
