Roxio creator has stopped working error EMC9

Hello I get this error message every time i exit Roxio EMC9 version 9.1 (This started happening right after i Updated from version 9.0) I am running Vista home premium 32 bit on my laptop computer. Brand new Dual core 1.7 Ghz computer with 2 GB ram. I allready tryed the repair option but with no avail. Here are the error details :

mad.gif I've got the same problem and then some. I've contacted email customer support and they ran me through a list of pre-decided fixes (update drivers, disable start-up programs and uninstall/ clean reinstall). All did not work. Thier response now is to IGNORE ME!!!. Good luck getting a response.
