I"ve gotten Popcorn up and running, after installing the newest upgrade; however, when I burn now (either from a Video TS folder or from a Disc Image) the disc gets burned almost all the way through, and then an error message, listed in the subject header, shows up. This happens with only about 10 seconds or less showing in the "time remaining" for the burn.

I suspect that this has something to do with the media, but am not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the error message means?

Thanks, Paul

I can't be sure what the cause of the problem may be. It could be a media issue (try Verbatim media). It could be that a firmware update for the drive will fix the issue. Check the Drive Compatibility database at xlr8yourmac.com to learn if others are having issues with your drive or have updated their drive's firmware). Another thing you can try is choosing Save as Disc Image from the File menu instead of clicking the burn button. When the file is complete, burn it to DVD using Popcorn's Image File setting.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
