Hello.I have installed Express Labeler with a new HP printer, and it will not launch. I have read forum posts about removing Logitech and Desktop Weather products, but I don't have either installed. I'm running XP SP2. Here's the crash info:AppName: stax.exe AppVer: 3.2.1.28 ModName: msvcr70.dllModVer: 7.0.9466.0 Offset: 00001bff

Use Label Maker instead. Do you have the full version of EMC 9?
