In 7.5, how does one change the font of chapter menu's?

If you are referring to the font on chapter button titles, click Theme in the DVD Menu Settings window and then click Advanced from the Menu Theme screen. In the lower right hand corner you will see the drop down menus to change the chapter button text fonts.

If you are referring to the chapter menu title font, that cannot be changed as far as I know.
