Unable to load certificate file

Hi everyone,
  I hope it's not too late to get involved with this thread. I don't have EMC (whatever that is) installed and never did but I have the same symptoms  re:Could not load certificate reading dll. I did the suggestions in the thread here but still have the issue. My version is 7.0 I'm on an XP Pro machine. Did you have any other thoughts?

EMC is short for Easy Media Creator.  What do you really have?
