It's not a patch per se - you will have to uninstall EMC9 completely, run this file and then re-install

When downloading, TURN OFF YOUR ANTI-VIRUS
Also, do the same when you run it.
It's not a Trojan, but, because it alters registry entries, your A/V will tink that it is and promptly stop it and wipe it
